1. Acceptance of Terms
By engaging our services, you (the Client) agree to the following terms and conditions (Terms) of Comtec Presentations Limited. These Terms govern the services provided by the Company for live events & Production services.

2. Services Provided
The Company agrees to provide event planning, production, and related services as outlined in the proposal and any subsequent agreements made between the Company and the Client.

3. Payment Terms
a. Fees: The fees for services rendered will be outlined in the proposal and agreed upon in writing by both parties.
b. Invoicing: The Company will issue invoices for services rendered, including but not limited to pre-production costs, milestone payments, and any additional expenses incurred.
c. Payment Schedule: All pre-production invoices, including milestone invoices as calculated, must be settled in full before the Company arrives on-site for the event. The Client agrees to adhere to the payment schedule detailed in the proposal.

4. Late Payments
Any late payments will incur a late fee of 8% per month (APR) on the outstanding balance. The Company reserves the right to suspend services until all payments are current.

5. Cancellations and Postponements
a. Client Cancellations: If the Client cancels the event, the Client must notify the Company in writing. The Company may retain any deposits or advance payments made by the Client and apply a cancellation fee.

75% 6 Weeks
100% 4 Weeks or less

b. Company Cancellations: The Company reserves the right to cancel the event for any reason, including but not limited to safety concerns or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, the Client will be refunded any amounts paid for services not rendered.

6. Liability
The Company will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. The Client agrees to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claims arising from the event.

7. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, strikes, or other events of force majeure.

8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom. Any disputes arising under this agreement shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of the United Kingdom.

9. Amendments
These Terms may be amended only by a written agreement signed by both parties.

10. Acceptance of Terms
By signing the contract or proceeding with payment, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
