3.0 Disclosures

4.0 Security of Client personal data

4.1 The Company will take reasonable technical and organisational precautions to prevent the loss, misuse or alteration of Client personal information.
4.2 The Company will store all the personal information provided by the Client on a secure (password- and firewall- protected) server.
4.3 Obviously data transmission over the internet is inherently insecure, and the Company cannot guarantee the security of data sent over the internet.

5.0 The Company is not responsible for any content on the Site.

The information supplied by the Client and contained on the Site are the responsibility of the Client who supplied them and not the Company.
The Company will own the rights to the entire Site. Clients are not permitted to copy the Site or any web pages from the Site for use anywhere else on the internet. Clients will retain the rights to all content, images and logos they have supplied and can choose to remove these at any point – with two weeks notice given to the Company (either by email or post). Clients are entitled to distribute their Site address.
The Company will keep confidential any information it holds about the Client and Site which is of a confidential nature and not supplied for inclusion on the Site.

6.0 Indemnity

The Client agrees to assure the Company and any third-party information provider against any and all claims and expenses, including legal fees, arising from the Site. This expressly includes:
i. Clients responsibility for any and all liability arising from the violation or infringement of propriety rights or copyrights and

ii. Any offensive or unlawful material contained within the Site.

7.0 Client rights

7.1 The Client may instruct the Company to provide the Client with any personal information they hold about the Client. Provision of such information may be subject to a fee payable to the Company.

7.2 The Client may instruct the Company not to process the Clients personal data for marketing purposes by email at any time.

8.0 Third party websites

The Companies website contains links to other websites. The Company are not responsible for the privacy policies or practices of third party websites.

9.0 Updating information

The Client must inform the Company of any changes in the personal information the Company holds about the Client needs to be corrected or updated.

10.0 Entire Agreement

This Privacy Policy constitutes the entire agreement between parties with respect to their subject matter and supersedes any other agreement, proposals and communications, written or oral, between the Company representatives and the Client. The Company may amend or supplement this Privacy Policy at any time on notice to the Client.
